  • I've attempted to report this again today. Residents are very concerned that this light has not been fixed. The engineer who came very quickly after first report was due to return with someone who could remove some tree branches in order to fix the lamp. It is now May and nothing has been done. Could you update as to when this repair will be made? We are being denied essential light.

  • Can this be reported as a formal complaint. There has been no action or updates. Camden is preventing residents having lighting in an area that is used by drug sellers and users who can climb in and would not be noticed in the dark. This lamp (no 7) is to the rear of properties. There is a reason this lamp is there. I've phoned Camden and was told I would get a call to discuss. Can you advise why all reports from February are being ignored?
