Outside Sainsbury's Local, 204 West End Lane

Every morning at rush hour the Sainsbury's lorry blocks the entire cycle lane and with it half the road to unload deliveries to the Sainsbury's. This is not a designated loading bay and it results in traffic stretching quite far back down the road (causing pollution as they're sitting with idling engines), cars trying to safely overtake the lorry (which is difficult as it's also on a slight corner) and cyclists being forced onto the wrong side of the road. I appreciate the Sainsbury's needs to get its deliveries but this is every day at a really inconvenient and inconsiderate time and causing local problems
