Hedge belonging to Pine Mansions on west side of Gondar Gardens that is overgrown and blocking the pavement. There is not enough room between the hedge and a tree for pushchairs, people with umbrellas and especially wheelchair users to pass. They either have to get tangled in the hedge or use the roadway to pass.
