I’m sorry but your reply is wholly inadequate and not acceptable. Please reach out to me directly. This has been ongoing for 7-8 months. Recent works by Cadent in the sane street are repaired well. The Ferns crew that did this 3 days ago said that Thames Water have loads of church stone at their Islington depot and they also have.suitable stone to repair this. On this basis ,Thames Water lied at the time of the job and twice since. , and are dragging their feet to save money . You have labelled this not council responsibility. It absolutely is your responsibility to stand up for our street vs utilities. You gave the contract. Please reach out directly to properly explain what are the fines in place for failure to repair this. 6 months ago on this portal you said was the limit. You have done nothing since to “ fix my street” . This is a conservation area. This company could well go bust as you read , and I wish you to pass me the contact of the person responsible for dealing with outrageous attitude from utiijty company to our Victorian street. You reply is not acceptable and I ask for a contact to speak to please. .
