I have reported this for months. Camden says it’s Virgin Media’s fault so they have changed the status to not the council's responsibility. But Virgin Media need a permit from Camden council to conduct the repair works. Camden Council this is still your responsibility. You need to sort out a permit so the contractor can fix the manhole. The noise is 24/7 7 days a week, every time a car goes over it.
