On right hand side of Baynes Street just after turning into the road from Royal College Street

A constant puddle in a narrow road. The road had sunk in that area and the puddle isn't due to a blocked drain as the drain is outside the area of the puddle. The water splashes pedestrians when cars drive through and now the puddle has spread to the other side of the road - probably due to cars driving through it. This isn't new problem but it has got worse and no longer dries up after a few days without rain.
