This bicycle is chained and used laying on the sidewalk for over 1 year with raised chains and flat tires. It obstructs the sidewalk and needs to be removed.

  • Hi. This bike is still here and obstructing the sidewalk as it often falls over as it is abandoned. There is a notice on the bike from the council but it still remains and has not been removed. Can you please remove this bicycle as it’s rusty, has flat tires, and is clearly abandoned.
