When large vehicles, buses and lorries hit this trench our building (45 Fortess Road) vibrates, quite excessively. The problem you need to keep in mind is that at night particularly, but not only, large heavy lorries and others go well in excess of 20MPH, coming down Fortess Road. This is the problem - large, heavy vehicles travelling at speed and hitting the trench. It is causing cracking in our walls.
