Long term problem with pothole in road which is always full of water as there is some form of drain at the bottom of the pothole. This splashes pavement every time a vehicle passes. In cold weather there is always slippery water or ice on this specific area of the pavement as a result of the splashes from the pothole. I have witnessed an elderly lady slipping on ice here and she needed to call an ambulance.
