Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5450950.

I reported this problem several months ago and nothing has been done. As I said I am disabled and use two sticks to walk I have tripped a number of times on the dislodged tiles on the pavemrnt and my wife has also tripped and fell hurting herself Please deal with this as a matter of urgency
