UPS have HGV's needing to left into Regis road for operational use, the rear swing of the trailer cannot clear the temporary traffic lights at their current position, can they be moved to the chevron before fixed lights please? wednesday 0400hrs there will be a number of HGV needing access to turn left due to road closure for bridge works
