The padlocked gate has been repeatedly vandalised over the past two years. A local resident keeps angle grinding the gate off its hinges and then dumping it nearby. It has been reattached but it's just swinging open at the moment. It leads to an increase in rat-run traffic in the estate which seems unsafe as the roads are not designed for it.
