I previously raised an issue about this loose manhole making loud bangs as cars drove over it. Thank you for forwarding my query to Virgin Media, as they are responsible. They quickly covered the manhole with tarmac as pictured. However this has had limited effectiveness, as the manhole still makes loud bangs as cars drive over it. Please could you ask them to revisit it.
