There is a lighting box uncovered. It showing up all cables and it might caused an electrical shock if someone touch it.

  • Thank you for reporting the issue. Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
