Small lights on wall just before entrance to Belle Vue

On the wall beside the pavement are four small lights directing light on to the pavement. One of the lights is not working at the mo. other lights are fine. Are very helpful as past to enter Royal Free hospital and older people live in Belle Vue. Only small thing but makes a lot of difference with this dark weather and leaves everywhere. If could be replaced would be very helpful. Thank you E.A. Russell. Been out a few weeks now.
