This blocked drain has been reported twice in the last year. From your records you say the file is closed. Nothing has been done to fix this problem. In the past we have had flooding to basement flats due to water flowing from the street. It is essential this blockage is dealt with before heavy rain. What is the explanation for co losing this file twice without carrying out the work?
