This manhole cover is on the road on the corner of the corner between Frognal road and Mount Vernon alleyway

This manhole cover is loose/rocking, and every time a car runs over it it makes two very loud bangs. Its quite a noise disturbance and this goes on all day and night. It has been going on for months at least.

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
