Two drains on the pavement have not been cleared out in living memory and are blocked with leaves and soil. This is causing damage to the concrete of Waxham block and I believe damp damage to my flat. I have managed to clear one drain which had obviously not been checked for year and was full of soil. Please could the draining on the pavements of the estate be cleared out. According to a neighbour this has never been done since the estate was built.

    The problem is getting worse, the drains are blocked with leaves and soil. I have partially cleared one. The dampness is moving up the walls and the problem is getting worse.
