The new zebra crossing & new paving stones in front of the building have been laid too high & all water from heavy rain washes back into entrance of our building. Anyone trying to use front door must walk through water up to their ankles. I experienced the flooding problem this morning, but every heavy rain would cause the same flooding to happen - my trainers were soaked over the laces because there was no other way into the building.
