There are multiple cracks in the pavement outside of Russell Mansions, 144 Southampton Row and in the pavement in front of the properties on either side (the Chambeli Indian Restaurant, 146 Southampton Row and the Currency Exchange, 142 Southampton Row). The cracks in the pavement are allowing water ingress in the basement of our property which is damaging the premises.
