Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5094565.

I tripped over the BT manhole on Saturday afternoon. One corner in particular is raised a good few mm above the surface and represents a risk to pedestrians. I fell quite heavily and tore the toe of my shoe

  • BT/Openreach have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to BT Openreach under reference number OF-F00113171, and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
