On fortune green opposite Ingram road, outside the entrance to Alfred Court

There is what looks like soil collected inside the drain gully. This is contributing to flooding outside of the firestation and waitrose on west end lane, which also impacts the properties on West Cottages. During rainfall water runs over the blocked drain, down the street taking leaves and debris with it. The debris collects in the road below (west end lane)blocking the drains there, the water pools in the road and overflows into the properties in the vicinity causing flooding and damage. It needs to be rectified asap to prevent further flooding and damage to property
