Streetlight number 5 on branch hill

This light is often not working I think it may have a fault as I have reported it in the past and it was working for a while but is out again. The street lights on Branch Hill are very inadequate and pose dangers for people coming g home in the dark. Risk of accidents and prime location for muggers to hide . We need stronger bulbs or more street lights. Many of the lampposts are shrouded by branches which again makes them less powerful .Please can this issues be looked into as a matter of urgency with darker evenings it is only a matter of time before we have a serious incident
