Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5037136.

The traffic moving at 20 mph is causing more noise, especially at night when it seems to take forever for a vehicle to go past my flat in second gear. This speed limit also wastes my time as a motorist and pedestrian and increases emissions.
