Alleyway between Brooke's Market and Brooke's Court

You put some new and quite bright lights in this passageway early in the summer, and about six weeks ago one of them started flashing. It is very frustrating from my house, which is 18 Brooke Street, and from the church courtyard (St Alban's). Could it be fixed, please?
