Obscured and Misaligned No Entry Sign

One of the No Entry signs (where southbound traffic has to leave The Grove and join Highgate West Hill opposite The Flask public house) is misaligned (it might have been struck), it does not face traffic (so cars frequently drive through it although there are two other signs), it is also obscured by tree foliage.
