14 Swains Lane

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 13:29, Fri 15 September 2023

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4997663.

Every day there is speeding outside our house at number 14. I don't think the road markings of 20MPH are clear enough and reminders needs to be much firmer. There is a large school population and now many village shops on Swains used by elderly people. So a lot of people now use the street. I see near misses with cars and pedestrians on a weekly basis as my office faces the street. I urge you to address this ASAP. I think you need to URGENTLY put a speed camera and speed calming measures near the rows of shops. I will keep a record of this message. I wrote one at the beginning of the year and it has got worse. Many thanks for your time. Best wishes.
