There is a welfare station outside my property. there does not seem to be any permission/parking restrictions where the station has been landed. it has a wc that smells which is right outside my property, it is emptied regularly and causes a hazard where i live with a young child. i believe that this large box is parked illegally. it is creating a hazard. please can it be move to somewhere more suitable, ie not immediately outside a property.
