I would like to bring to your attention on the corner parade of Farrier Street there is a drain in the pavement, I don’t know if the tree roots have grown into the drain and have blocked this or its been blocked due to not being maintained by yourselves. This is now causing a further issue of the area filling up with water and turning the pavement into a lake every time it rains. When Camden council replaced the pavement in the area, they put the slabs up to my building and did not finish the job off with a cemented filet. Now due to this the water is laying there and running down into my basement and causing internal damage to the render and plaster in the basement. I would appreciate someone coming to assess the damage that this has caused to my property, which we hold you responsible for. If this issue is not resolved and water continues to poor into my property we will take this matter further. If this issue causes us any loss of rent we will also hold you responsible.
