Outside of 1 Benhams place

Church raw is closed between Frognal gardens and Holly walk. All traffic from the High Street side is now flowing up fragile Holly walk, which is absolutely unacceptable. You would be aware of the water main burst and a land slide at Benhams place and Prospect Place in January 2023. The ground investigations are yet completed and it is not established whether there is any voiding in the area. This week the road has sunk as a result of careless traffic rerouting. We are very concerned about further deterioration of the area.
