The manhole cover is loose and is going to clunk when traffic drive over it

  • I live right next to these manholes and they both make a big noise every time a car drives over them which is 24/7. It keeps me up at night and makes it vert difficult to sleep. Please resolve this ASAP

  • Thames Water have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Thames Water under and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
