The door has been off this utility box for some weeks at least and the wires are exposed. I have reported it twice to Virgin but nothing has been done.

  • Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
