North end of Cobourg Street Pavement

At the north end of Cobourg Street, on the pavement between Drummond Street and Exmouth Arms, there is an issue with the pavement. Damaged pavement / concrete surround around a service opening. The concrete piece is a trip hazard and also twist someone's ankle. Also, the concrete piece can move and therefore mean public can get their foot stuck in the hole which will make the hazard even worse.
