Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4689955.
Leaking water valve, we were not aware and of works also but was replaced 16th ,ok good. At every stage we asked would the York stone be put back, it was usable,3 follow up teams from Fernway for a job to finish the 15th , on 17th and lastly 18th said yes it would be put back . On Sunday 18th were told a temporary finish had to be applied to finish the job . We said would not accept as was so bad but Fernway said would be replaced today 19th but had to finish the job or fine. At each stage they did not do what they said regarding the stone. It is utterly out of keeping with the Conservation area and should be changed . Please send someone to look as will agree not acceptable and a cost cutting exercise .Many have commented at the disregard of Thames Water for the street .
