At junction of Regal Lane and Regents Park Road

Reported via desktop in the Damaged illuminated road sign post category anonymously at 10:06, Mon 1 May 2023

If you look at the photo you will see a car parked on the single yellow line at the exit from Regal Lane. This makes it dangerous to exit as it blocks the sight line. The 2nd photograph shows how it should be. During the week when parking on a single yellow line is not allowed, people do not park there but on evenings and weekends they do. The solution would be to have double yellow lines painted so there would no parking at any time. Can this be done?

  • Puzzling….I report an issue with road markings (requesting single yellow lines become double yellow lines) and it gets reclassified as “damage to illuminated sign” even though there aren’t any illuminated signs in the vicinity.
