The pot hole was repaired as per you update but not to a great standard. A small amount of tarmac was thrown in the hole. it did not fill the hole hence its all come out again. there are also 4 more holes that are in need of repair now. You will see from the pictures attached. the repairs need to be done correctly and to standard. the previous repair was just a waste of money
