On corner of Gondar, bushes overhang pavement

Reported via mobile in the Low/overhanging branches category anonymously at 11:18, Tue 14 March 2023

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4311438.

These bushes have been overhanging the pavement progressively worse for at least a decade.

Updates

  • Please would you assess the hedges in front of the mansion blocks at the west end of Gondar Gardens as it turns the 90 degree bend by the post box and heads south towards the junction with Mill Lane. It is no longer possible to pass between hedges, trees and lamp posts. Combined with the chronic issue of bins left in the street by the mansion blocks it makes these pavements unuseable. The hedges require a radical cut back to the boundary line of the property. Please action so that the pavements can be used without obstruction

  • Was recently cut back, but not still to the pavement edge. The hydrant marker is still covered by the hedge, and this needs to be cut back so that the hydrant marker is visible
